What We Do

Our mission is to provide meaningful, dynamic, powerful, and thought-provoking resources to Collaborative Practice Groups and Practitioners worldwide seeking to transform the process by which people resolve disputes. We are a catalyst for change.

We believe that a thoughtful, reasoned settlement is always better and healthier for families than positional, adversarial, and uncertain court litigation.

Our vision is to enlighten the world about settling disputes through the Collaborative Process

We help our listing members market their Collaborative Practice and provide them with  resources to help their clients address the emotional, financial and legal aspects of a separation, divorce, same-sex dissolution, end of a domestic partnership, parenting and other family and child-related issues.

We are committed to upholding and maintaining the Principles of Collaborative Practice as defined by the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals (IACP).

Our goal is to help Collaborative Practitioners best market their Collaborative Practice.
