Last weekend, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals held their 20th Annual Forum in Chicago. This event was attended by over 400 like-minded Collaborative Professionals from around the world! It was an invigorating time for all in attendance, including several My Collaborative Team participants who made the journey to the Midwest. If you missed this year’s Forum, mark your calendar now as next year we will be in Toronto on October 23-25th for the 21st Annual Forum.
One of the best parts about the Forum is being able to share ideas and speak with Collaborative Professionals from different communities to find out what practices in business and marketing are working and what is not working. My Collaborative Team was there to listen and brainstorm with those in attendance...and we heard the needs of Collaborative practitioners!
In the coming weeks My Collaborative Team will be unveiling a new format specifically geared towards helping the public better understand the Collaborative Process, as well as provide a wide range of marketing support options for Collaborative professionals. Our mission is to provide meaningful, dynamic, powerful, and thought-provoking resources to Collaborative Practice Groups and Practitioners worldwide seeking to transform the process by which people resolve disputes.
