Ronda Fuchs, Psy.D. is a Licensed Psychologist, Accredited Collaborative Divorce Facilitator, Qualified Parent Coordinator, Guardian Ad Litem, and Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator.

Dr. Fuchs, who has been in private practice in Miami Beach, Florida for the past 22 years, treats individuals, couples, and families for issues such as: marital conflict, divorce, depression, anxiety, stress and anger management, interpersonal relationships, parenting challenges, and grief counseling. In addition to therapy, she is a guest speaker at businesses and schools where she lectures on various topics including: collaborative divorce, stress management, child safety, effective parenting, caregiver stress, financial fidelity, and healthy relationships.

Her passion is to help families deal with the emotional stressors accompanying divorce through individual/family therapy during or after divorce, by serving as a Neutral Facilitator in Collaborative Divorce, and by educating the public about the Collaborative Process. She has given several presentations on Collaborative Divorce including: the Key Biscayne Bar Association, local police and fire/rescue departments, Key Biscayne Rotary Club. and Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce. Dr. Fuchs is a contributor to local and national media outlets. Frequently quoted by The Miami Herald, she has also authored numerous articles on Collaborative Divorce for local newspapers and widely-read websites.

She is a member of the American Psychological Association, the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and the Collaborative Family Law Institute of Miami.

Dr. Fuchs graduated with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Nova Southeastern University in 1995, followed by a Post-Doc Fellowship at UM Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center. She received her undergraduate degree from Florida International University in 1983 with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy and worked at South Miami Hospital, as well as started her own home health practice.
