M. L. [Bart] Bartlett, Jr. of Columbia, South Carolina is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and earned his degree of J.D. from the University of South Carolina School of Law in Columbia, South Carolina. Bart is a member of the American Bar Association, South Carolina Bar Association, and is admitted to practice before all Federal District Courts in South Carolina and the U.S. District Court for the State of South Carolina.  Bart is certified by the South Carolina Board of Arbitrator and Mediator as both a Circuit Court and Family Court Mediator. He has traveled the county attending various Collaborative Trainings and is a Collaborative Attorney meeting and exceeding standards of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, (IACP) with over 225 hours of specific Mediation and Collaborative Training.  Bart is a member of the International Association of Collaborative Professionals, serves on the South Carolina Collaborative Task Force, E-Committee for the South Carolina Bar Association, and currently serves as President of the Board for the South Carolina Academy of Collaborative Professionals.  Bart has met the required courses of the IACP and has been a Trainer in Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice since 2011.
