She helps them develop, monitor, and change, as needed, a plan that will help them live a joyful, confident life that is without regret and in alignment with their values.

When Luana experienced divorce in 1997 to 2000, her journey gave rise to the founding of Crossroads Consulting of South Florida, Inc. She wanted to help people prepare for life after divorce. She is privileged to work in team with a select group of mental health professionals and attorneys who help people divorce without litigation, using Collaborative Practice and Mediation. Luana gladly supports the Women’s Institute for Financial Education (WIFE.org) by offering the Second Saturday® divorce workshop, “What Everyone Needs to Know about Divorce”. She is faithful to study God’s word and thank Him for His many blessings. Exercise is not her favorite thing, but she makes time for it anyway (a body in motion stays in motion). She loves spending time with family and friends, traveling, watching Hallmark movies, and taking Sunday afternoon naps. And, every day, she is grateful that her work allows her to do what she loves, with people she likes, for people she likes. She endeavors, always, to have a meaningful impact on their lives.
